the lobby, with its artificial fireplace, created a cozy atmosphere, and the room itself was impeccably clean. the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was easily accessible by public transport, with bus routes 101 and 107 conveniently taking us to and from the railway station. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a Bern welcome ticket, activated on the Bern app, which provided us with complimentary access to the city's public transport.

Although we had a largely positive experience, there were a few minor inconveniences. Our room faced the main road and a skate park, resulting in some noise disturbance.
